1. General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, games, payments, and promotional activities on the go33 platform. All services provided through the go33 website, mobile app, and other digital channels are covered under these terms.

Go33 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or push notification. Continued use of the platform following any update will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

The Bengali version of this document is the official and legally binding version. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration & Management

To create a valid account on go33, you must meet the following requirements. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Each individual may register only one account
• You must provide your correct name, address, and mobile number at the time of registration
• Keeping your password secure is your own responsibility
• You can update your account information at any time
• Creating an account under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited
• If one person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed

KYC Verification

Go33's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process may require you to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. KYC is mandatory for large withdrawals (৳50,000+) or unusual transactions. Access to certain features may be limited until KYC verification is complete.

3. Age Requirement & Eligibility

Go33 reserves the right to verify your age at any time. You may be asked to submit a National ID card, birth registration certificate, or passport as proof of age. Your account will remain restricted until verification is complete.

• Must be a citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh
• Must have full legal capacity
• go33 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

4. Payment Terms & Transaction Policy

All financial transactions on go33 are processed securely and through regulated channels. Only approved payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Payments made under a third party's identity are strictly prohibited.

• No additional charges on deposits or withdrawals
• Only make payments from an account registered in your own name
• Save the transaction ID for every transaction you make
• go33 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions
• Using go33 for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited

5. Bonus & Promotion Policy

All bonuses, cashback offers, and promotions on go33 are subject to specific terms and conditions. The terms applicable to each bonus will be stated at the time the offer is made. General bonus policy is outlined below.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. The first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration to be eligible for the welcome bonus.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses require wagering requirements to be met before withdrawal. Typically, you must wager 20–30 times the bonus amount. Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements.

Continued use of the service after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Members who do not agree with the new terms may close their account and withdraw their balance.
